3rd Annual River Relay for Real Lives

RIVER RELAY FOR REAL LIVES The event is made up of three parts: • Part One: The Arc Relay Team - 12pm The Team is made up of five legs with two participants on each leg. One person who needs support, accompanied by a supporter, will carry the baton along the river from Haverhill to Newburyport. Team members and supporters will collect donations on behalf of The Arc Relay Team. If you are collecting money on behalf The Arc Relay Team you must register with the Arc. Part Two: Going the Extra Mile - 3:30pm As the last leg finishes at Cashman Park in Newburyport, the Relay Team will be joined by all those willing to Go the Extra Mile. As a group we will walk along the river, through the scenic rail trail, ending with a celebration at the Elks Club. Raise as much money as you can, a minimum of $30 in donations and will get a custom T-shirt and free admission to the celebration. If you are walking in The Extra Mile you must register with the Arc. Part Three: The Celebration - 4pm to 8pm All participants, sponsors, and guests will enjoy a night of live music, food, raffles, and fun! $20 donation cover charge. Cash bar will be available all night. Top fundraisers for Going the Extra Mile and on behalf of The Arc Relay Team and will be rewarded with special prizes.
