On September 13th Merrimack Valley experience Gas explosions, fires and loss of power. The cities of Lawrence, North Andover and Andover had 80 homes directly affected by explosions and fires as well as multitudes still eft without gas. Tom and Heather Carroll, a young couple who Pastor Donna married last year were burnt out. They are but one family who no longer have a place to live and are dealing with so many unknown variables. There are many families who are not able to go home or need to find a new place to live. We will be hosting a fundraiser on their behalf, as well as the Massachusetts Conference of United Church of Christ Disaster Fund.
