What is it?
- Get back to healthy living following the holiday season
- Build personal and business relationships
- Work with a great group of folks toward a common goal – FINISH A 5K!
What are the details?
- Anyone can participate – you can run, walk, crawl, hop… we don’t care how you do it – just do it!
- The daily app is self-guided via the official Couch to 5K app
- Passes & offers from participating businesses enhance your training

- Ending on Sunday, February 25th with the Frozen Shamrock race in Haverhill
Location
Where ever you are! But it ends with the Frozen Shamrock located at Maria's Family Restaurant at 81 Essex St, Haverhill MA
Fees/Admission
Get the whole package – you’ll get the whole program, race entry fee, passes to participating health clubs and a really cool jacket for race day. $75 covers the program (less than $10/week!)
