Empowered Body is a culmination of my 10+ years in fitness, competitive sports, body work, and nutrition.  I want to empower other people to find their inner badass and become the best versions of themselves, by creating a studio that was high energy, knowledgeable with our training & education, inclusive to all fitness levels, but also coach our clients with tough love.  We train our clients like athletes, because we believe there’s an inner warrior in everyone, even if they’ve never stepped foot into a fitness class before.  The music is a major player in our classes.  Syncing music to movement pushes you further than you thought possible.  It makes our classes so much fun, upbeat, and disguises how hard the workouts really are!   Our nutrition programs are authentic and whole.  Teaching our clients how to eat simply, work through what works best for their bodies and their individual circumstances, while maintaining a fulfilled life is what sets our approach apart from most diet plans out there. We offer one on one consultations as well as group workshops and programs. You’re not born empowered, you create it, is our tagline and mission.   This event will shine a light on this new addition to the Haverhill community.
