Fall Prevention Program
Geared toward helping Active Agers with balance and mobility issues to manage their fear of falling. Non-members welcome!
Participants will:
- Become educated on fall prevention
- take assessments to measure risk of falling
- Learn exercises specific to fall prevention
Learn exercises that will improve:
- Strength
- Balance
- Reaction response time
- Power
- Agility
- Coordination
