The Greater Haverhill Chamber is announcing the creation of a new program: #HaverhillLocal. Like our $4$ Gift Card program, #HaverhillLocal is designed to create financial incentives for people to buy goods and services from the small businesses that are in desperate need of income. Please note, this program is open to Chamber members and non-members located in Haverhill.
How it works:
We’ve created a “#HaverhilLocal” platform on our website to highlight participating businesses. Click Here to access page.
For customers that shop at participating businesses, the Chamber will reimburse 25% of the total purchase price, up to $100 per customer. For example, let’s say you are a hair salon, you offer $100 gift cards, a customer will be able to pay you $75 for that gift card. Businesses then complete a reimbursement form and email it along with a copy of the transaction to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reimburse the business for the 25% discount, in this case $25.
Chamber members and non-members can register with Melissa Seavey by emailing email@example.com and say, “Hey - I want to be a part of #HaverhillLocal! Set me up!”. We will email you back with a confirmation and specific instructions for reimbursement.
To highlight your business, Chamber members should update their Chamber website listing including the “hot deals” section of the website that we have changed to “#HaverhillLocal” Members can access their website listing under the “Member” tab on the top of the homepage and choose “Member Login.” Members that are not able to update their website listing, please follow the instructions for a non-member.
Non-members can email firstname.lastname@example.org to highlight their business on our website. Please include the following information:
- Company Name and Contact Information
- Logo or image to be used
- Special Offer if appropriate
- Valid Date of Expiration for Special Offers
