John Greenleaf Whittier’s Wet Paint Auction

The John Greenleaf Whittier Birthplace will host a Wet Paint Auction at its historic grounds at 305 Whittier Road, Haverhill, MA on Saturday, October 13. Talented area artists will create freshly painted works of art to be auctioned during an evening of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres under the tent at the historic birthplace.
Proceeds support the Whittier Homestead and Museum—the birthplace and childhood home of abolitionist and poet, John Greenleaf Whittier as well as Haverhill’s burgeoning Arts Community.
