Join us to celebrate the Second Anniversary of Drop Cafe with a ribbon cutting! Paris and Eleni Kriakou have created a coffee shop that has European charm and serves Greek pastries and delicious coffee as well as sandwiches for lunch.

Paris started working in a coffee shop when he was just 13 years old. He began as a dishwasher but quickly moved up to a barista assistant. Paris became a barista at the young age of 16. From there, Paris trained for six years with one of the biggest coffee shops in Italy, ABC. Paris's love for coffee has opened the doors for many opportunities in his life. From working around the world as a barista to owning a coffee supply shop and starting his very own Café. Paris’s thirty-plus years of experience in the coffee industry makes him an expert at sourcing quality beans from around the world, operating the highest quality espresso machines, and giving top-level customer service.
