Come Into the Woods with Spotlight Playhouse Spotlight Playhouse presents Into the Woods, the Tony Award Winning classic by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine. A Baker, his wife, and several fairy tale characters journey to the woods to see their wishes come true. But happily ever after quickly ends and they all learn that wishes often come at a great cost. We join childhood favorites Cinderella, Little Red Ridinghood, Jack (of beanstalk fame) and a host of other fairy tale favorites as they learn that their actions have consequences, and that no one truly is alone.
