Join us on Nov. 14 for a discussion about the myths and misconceptions about autism -- and learn ways to support parents, caregivers and communities through UMass Lowell's educational and community service programs that are affiliated with the Center for Autism Research and Education (CARE). In her presentation, Dr. Rosales will address topics including: What does Autism look like Dispelling myths about causes of Autism Ending misconceptions that create harmful stigmatization Effective treatment options Supporting those with autism and their caregivers
