Yoga Posture Clinic

Join Teri for a posture clinic to fine-tune your practice and expand your knowledge and understanding the hot yoga series. Teri will take time to explain the benefits of each posture and answer any of your yoga questions. The clinic is designed to focus on the technique of each posture. It will be held in the hot room with the heat off. Bring your mat, a towel, a notebook, and all your questions. Everyone is welcome-even those who have never practiced.
