Job Description

What does a Direct Care Staff do? A Direct Care Staff person for our Specialized Housing Branch is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day activities of the program: to include planning of activities, community outings, data collection, record keeping and caring for the personal needs of the Residents.

Who's a great fit for the Direct Care Staff position? American Training is looking for people with the following experience and skills:- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required- Experience working with people with disabilities is strongly preferred- Valid driver's license required. Ability to use personal registered and insured vehicle.- Satisfactory CORI and DDS finger printing- Ability to work nights and weekends.
