Daniel R. Rajczyk is the Founder and Executive Director of Asperger Works. He has worked tirelessly for years to make our organization a reality. Daniel was diagnosed with LD when he was a child. At the time, LD was a catchall name for any neuro-developmental disorder that the medical community was not able to define. It was not until the early 2000s, as an adult, that the appropriate diagnosis was finally made. He is totally dedicated to aiding adults with Asperger’s Syndrome (aka High-functioning Autism) in their quest for jobs commensurate with their abilities.
