Assistant Manager

ASSISTANT MANAGER:
 
Assistant Manager is accustomed to motivating and coaching the Management and
hourly team, leading stellar shifts, and ensuring each of our guests have the ultimate guest
experience. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager and Director of Operations as well as the people, product and facility in order to maintain an excellent guest experience and smooth functioning team.

REPORTS TO: General Manager and Director of Operations

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager and Director of Operations and is able to motivate, instill accountability and provides overall leadership, supervision and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 

• Manage the daily shift and guest experience.

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and gaming.
• Continual improvement in the guest experience and quality of products.
• Ensure a consistent and seamless entertainment and dining experience.
• Ensure the guest experience and quality of products is at standard.
• Ensure show quality and soft programming standards of venues.
• Ensures compliance with all facility ambiance, gaming and maintenance standards
• Compliance with all cash handling policies and procedures.
• Assists with private parties, corporate events, live music and special events
  
  JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
  
  Knowledge/Skills:
  Local or State requirements regarding food handling and liquor service

• Excellent organizational skills
• Conflict management abilities
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
• Certification in Restaurant Management is a plus

• May include some holidays
• Evening and weekend availability required
